# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The frosting tastes exactly like the creamy milkshake you loved as a kid but with a sophisticated twist
  • Ripe bananas make these cupcakes incredibly moist without any complicated techniques
  • You can decorate them simply or go all out with whipped cream and cherries
02 -
  • Banana milk is just milk blended with a few ripe banana slices until completely smooth
  • Over mixing the batter will make your cupcakes tough so stop as soon as everything is combined
  • The frosting might turn slightly brown from the banana but that just proves it is the real deal
03 -
  • Use bananas that are almost black for the most intense banana flavor in both cupcakes and frosting
  • If your frosting feels too thin add more powdered sugar one tablespoon at a time until it reaches spreading consistency
