# Directions:

03 - Whisk together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth. Reserve for assembly.
04 - Split sandwich rolls in half. Spread butter on cut sides and toast in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
05 - Spread mayo-mustard sauce on both toasted halves. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado on bottom buns. Top with sautéed shrimp and crown with top halves.
