# What You Need:

01 - 1.1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish, optional)

04 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil

06 - 1/2 tsp salt
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
02 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
03 - Add the chicken in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without turning, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden and just cooked through.
04 - Add the minced garlic and remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
05 - Stir in fresh parsley, then remove from heat.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
