01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for pan frying.
02 - Using a rolling pin, roll each bread slice to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.
03 - Place a cheese stick on the edge of each bread slice and roll tightly; use a small amount of melted butter to seal the edge.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter to evenly coat.
05 - In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herbs; sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered roll ups.
06 - Place roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
07 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, or pan fry, turning occasionally for even coloration.
08 - Serve warm with marinara sauce or preferred dip.
